An Ownership Request is a quick title status confirmation in advance of listing
the home – when it’s needed most. This information is provided as an accommodation
to our customers – free of charge! The ownership report is a brief glance at the
title and will provide you with the name of the last recorded fee owner, legal description,
property address (per the tax rolls), tax information and lot size. Please allow
2-4 hour turn-around time on ownership requests.

A L.I.S.T. Now can provide a preliminary title report alerting you to any potential
problems that may delay the sale and/or closing of the property. It provides proof
of marketable title to a buyer and is provided at no additional cost to the seller(s).
