With the LIST Now program, Kansas City Title can provide title work prior to the sale of a listed property. A LIST Now will provide a preliminary title report alerting you to any potential problems that may delay the sale and/or closing of the property.

L.I.S.T. Now benefits:

Will show the status of the property prior to sale.
Provide proof of marketable title to a buyer.
No more last minute surprises to delay the closing. You will be alerted to any potential title problems in time to resolve them prior to closing.
A L.I.S.T. Now is provided at no additional cost to the seller(s). The seller(s) will only be expected to pay normal charges at the time of closing.
